PPACA

On June 28th, the U.S. Supreme Court issued its decision on the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). The Supreme Court upheld the “individual mandate” and all provisions of the law that impact employers. This ruling impacts virtually every employer in America. Employers should begin taking steps to understand the provisions of PPACA and implement a timeline to be in compliance.
